Mano Fina ships within the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be extended during launches or peak periods.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped or, where applicable, when delivery coordination begins.

Standard U.S. Shipping

Orders shipped via standard carriers are delivered based on estimated timelines provided at checkout. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.

Optional NYC Hand Delivery

For select New York City zip codes, complimentary hand delivery may be available at checkout.

  • Hand delivery availability is location-dependent and not guaranteed

  • Delivery windows are typically coordinated for Friday through weekend delivery

  • Hand delivery may require additional coordination via email

If hand delivery is not available for your address, standard shipping options will apply automatically.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Mano Fina is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier. While we are happy to assist in initiating a claim when possible, Mano Fina cannot guarantee carrier outcomes or reimbursements.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to, change of mind, fit preference, or normal wear.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@mano-fina.com, including:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Approved claims will be resolved at our discretion through replacement or other appropriate remedy.

Handcrafted Nature of Our Pieces

Each Mano Fina piece is individually handcrafted. Variations in size, texture, or finish are inherent to the process and are not considered defects.
